Head of Product / Head of Software

Your mission

Be the captain of the ship:

Own the technical decisions and create the roadmap to translate proven concepts into focused, market-ready development
Guide and grow a team of engineers through development and the balance of “build right” vs. “build fast”
Develop and drive the go-to-market strategy incl. timing, communication and structure for your internal and external stakeholders
Discuss technical and business topics with customers, able to translate between engineering and commercial perspectives

Your profile

As a member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO and play a key
role in connecting technology and business.

A Leader in Software:

9+ years of total experience with a foundation in hands-on software development incl. 2+ years in owning development plans
Sound experience in leading 3+ engineer teams
A strong plus: Knowledge about EDA or formal tools

A go-to-market Driver:

3+ years of experience in a GTM role
Proven track record building and scaling software products in a demanding market
Comfortable owning your outcomes – impact-focused and aligned with your team
