• Provide administrative support for day-to-day People&Culture tasks
• Assist with (building up) processes around the whole employee lifecycle
• Gain insights into the establishment of a P&C department in a start-up

Your profile

• Enrolled student in psychology, business/organizational psychology or similar
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, Asana would be nice
