Your mission

Provide administrative support for day-to-day People&Culture tasks
Assist with (building up) processes around the whole employee lifecycle
Gain insights into the establishment of a P&C department in a start-up

Your profile

Enrolled student in psychology, business/organizational psychology or similar
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office, Asana would be nice
